Southern Arizona Firefighters for Spina Bifida (SAFSB)

The Southern Arizona Firefighters for Spina Bifida was founded by Southern Arizona firefighters to help their brothers and sisters in the Arizona Fire Service that have children born with Spina Bifida. Firefighters have a special bond and always want to do everything they can to help their "family" as we consider all members of the fire service our family. Assistance is provided to these families by utilizing funds raised through fundraisers and donations, and those funds are used to assist the firefighter and their family with the costs associated with this condition.

The main goal of this program is to help the family to attend the annual national conference for Spina Bifida by providing for the costs associated with attending the conference. This conference is a critical resource to families affected by Spina Bifida, and it is even more critical for the affected individual.

All donations to this fund will be used to assist firefighter families that are affected with spina bifida. We have partnered with the SAFSB and operate under their 501(c)3 designation. As such, we are a charitable organization and all donations are tax deductible.

We want to assure that all firefighter families that have children with Spina Bifida receive the assistance they need. If you are a firefighter who has a dependent child with Spina Bifida, please download this registration form to complete and return to our office.

Registration for the 1^st Annual SAFSB Walk/Roll-a-thon

To register please download a registration form and fill it out. This form must be emailed or sent by mail to SAFSB in order to be registered.

You can pay for your registration by credit card by clicking on the "Donate Now" below . Add up the cost for the registration or sponsorship and enter that amount into the "other" section on the donation page. You specify the donation is for the Southern Arizona Firefighters for Spina Bifida by clicking the drop down menu for "Designation" and selecting our group. This will insure that your registration is paid for the event.

If you wish to pay by cash or check, you can mail the payment with your registration form to the above address. Any questions about registration and please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
